What do the plans cost?
Starter is completely free with a 15% commission per sale. Growth is $19.00/month with zero commission and up to 500 listings. Pro is $49.00/month with zero commission, unlimited listings, and a dedicated account manager. Paid plans pay a flat monthly fee — no commission is deducted from your sales.
How long does the approval process take?
Most applications are reviewed within 48 business hours. You will receive an email with the outcome and next steps.
What documents do I need?
You will need a government-issued ID or passport, proof of address, and either a business registration certificate or proof that you can supply the products you want to sell. Product sample photos are also required.
Do you accept international vendors?
Yes. DRIPZN accepts vendors from anywhere in the world. Supported payout methods include bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, and EcoCash.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are processed bi-weekly. The minimum payout threshold is the equivalent of USD 10. Earnings from orders that have been delivered and not disputed are included in the next payout cycle.
Can I manage my own fulfilment?
Yes. You choose how to fulfil orders from your own stock, a supplier, or DRIPZN's dropshipping network. Your fulfilment method is confirmed during the application review.
What happens after I am approved?
You will receive access to your vendor dashboard, where you can add products, set prices, manage orders, and track your earnings. A short onboarding guide is included in your approval email.
